Driver Applicant Requirements:

  • Must have a valid CDL License
  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • At least 3 years of recent verifiable driving experience for OTR
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Clean MVR
  • Read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand safety signs/signals
  • Must have a Hazmat Endorsement
  • Sign release to check 3 years of history
  • Pass a DOT physical (including fit for duty), road test and pre-employment drug screening
  • TWIC (not required but a plus)
  • Must pass training/orientation requirements for LPG Licensing Agent

To assist you, we recommend you assemble the following before you get started:

  • All relevant personal information
    • Residential information (current as well as past three years)
    • SSN and Drivers license(s) information
    • Emergency contact information
  • Driving Records and Documentation
    • Drivers licenses you’ve held in various states (numbers, type, etc)
    • Accident records for past three years or more
    • Traffic convictions and forfeitures for the past three years (other than parking violations)
  • Employment History
    • DOT requires employment for the last three years and/or commercial driving experience for the past ten years be shown
